Bacteria Source Load Calculator

The Center would like to announce the release of the Bacteria Source Load Calculator (BSLC) available for download. The center developed the BSLC software tool to assist with the bacterial source characterization process and to automate the creation of input files for water quality modeling. The BSLC was developed using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) in Microsoft Excel and designed to organize and process the bacterial inputs needed to develop a TMDL to address a bacterial impairment.

Separate Works

If identifiable sections of your modified work are not derived from the Software, and can be reasonably considered independent and separate works in themselves, then this license, and its terms, do not apply to those sections when you distribute them as separate works. However, when you distribute the same sections as part of a whole which is a work based on the Software, the distribution of the whole must be on the terms of this license, whose permissions for other licensees extend to the entire whole, and thus to each and every part regardless of who wrote it. However, mere aggregation of another work not based on the Software, with the Software (or with a work based on the Software) on a volume of a storage or distribution medium, does not bring the other work under the scope of this license.
